WEATHER

Year-round warm weather and sunshine make Grenada a great destination at any time of the year. The island has the good fortune of being out of the Hurricane Belt, which makes it an ideal location with low insurance rates for yachting.

The average year-round temperature is 80 degrees Fahrenheit/27 degrees Celsius. Daily highs usually climb to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/29 degrees Celsius, and low temperatures, which usually occur at night, are around 75 degrees Fahrenheit/25 degrees Celsius.

The hottest months are June until August. Cooler temperatures are more common from November to February. Grenada’s seasons are measured by rainfall rather than temperature. The dry season falls between January and May, when showers are few and sporadic. June to December is the wet season when rainy conditions are more frequent.
